Over my time at Mount Pleasant Primary School I attended and participated in regular staff meetings and Professional Learning Team meetings. In the meetings we often discussed OH&S issues, student learning and behaviour, events that were happening in and out of the school and professional learning needs. Attached are agendas from some of the meetings I attended.

Personal Philosophy

One of the responsibilities of the teacher is to stay up to date with what is happening in the school, one way this is done is by attending and participating in regular meetings. Refelctive practices are very important in terms of identifying areas of improvment in practice in order to improve student learning.
